Born in Philadelphia and moving to Arizona at a young age I traveled from one world to another. My dream was to ride horses as a child, then later playing music and owning a small  horse facility in Cave Creek  Az where I raised my children who are professionals today . Writing was a dream and a way to understand myself and the world around me. It was more than just writing songs It is history of becoming who I am today and my journey.

  Today ? I am one of the creators of the Helpnetic Travelers LLC and

 Helpnetic House . Helpnetic House is a collaboration of authors and creators of many kinds and contains local gifts and remedies as well as a section of local authors and books.

We are most proud of the creation of TalkShop where we offer a space to come and talk .. Talk about anything ! We offer a free recovery group and session on Thursday nights where we explore avenues to creating a new life for those seeking a better future or a new path. 

Life takes many turns and there may be many mountains to climb but we are the creators. We have a history and a colorful story . We need to share it . We need to connect one another and touch one another through the passion of our dreams , trials and experiences.

Anything can be possible and dreams can come true and every piece of our story 

is part of who we are and who we can become.
